I could eat Poke every day if I had the opportunity. Fresh fish and healthy greens paired with various toppings, rice, and sauces are a dream. I tried a lot of Poke during my trip to Hawaii, but my favorite spot was on the Big Island, next to the beach in Kailua-Kona. Not only was it delicious, especially after a long hike, but it was also highly affordable for Hawaii.
