Welcome to the Saint Pierre Le Vignoble in l’île d’Orléans, Canada, one of the best wineries where you can sit outdoors and sip wine. From its relaxing outdoor picnic tables overlooking the vineyard to big chairs, it’s one of my favorite places. Here is everything you need to know about Saint-Pierre Vineyard in Quebec.
Saint-Pierre Vineyard
You can visit Saint-Pierre Vineyard’s tasting room and gift shop, located in a historic barn dating back to 1935, the custom-built space exudes a cozy yet modern ambiance.
I was delighted by the outdoor terrace, which offered stunning landscape views, including the majestic St-Lawrence River and the iconic Île d’Orléans bridge.
Guests can enjoy the world-class beauty of the estate, recently highlighted in Magazine Prestige. Here, they’ll have the opportunity to discover and savor the unique qualities of the wines through various tasting options tailored to their preferences and budgets.
Saint-Pierre Vineyard also offers a range of family-friendly activities so the entire family can spend a day here.
Wine Tasting At Saint-Pierre Vineyard
We started our tasting by making our way into the tasting room. Here, the educated team member explained all of the wines we were about to enjoy while putting them in an easy holder that we could carry outside to one of the picnic tables.

Every step of their winemaking process is carefully orchestrated with love, passion, dedication, and scientific precision under the guidance of co-owners Jacques Blouin and Christiane Grégoire.
Whether seated in their tasting room or on their terrace, take your time to unwind and savor a fine glass.

My favorite wine from our tasting at Saint-Pierre Vineyard was the Réserve. It is a dry red wine, a blend of Marquette and Petite Perle, with aromas of black fruits. Its discreet woody aromas give it a nice complexity.
