Brixe+Brine

Brix + Brine in Ogunquit is one of my favorite spots to grab a bite after a day at the beach. The restaurant has this laid-back, coastal vibe that makes it the perfect place to unwind.

What I love most is how they focus on fresh, local ingredients, especially when it comes to seafood. You can tell that everything on the menu is prepared with a lot of care.

The seafood here is top-notch. From the fresh oysters and clams to the lobster rolls and grilled fish, it’s all so flavorful and satisfying.

The fact that they source everything locally means you’re getting some of the freshest seafood around, which is a big deal for me.

I also appreciate the variety on the menu—there’s always something new to try, and it’s all delicious.

One of the things that stands out about Brix + Brine is their fun cocktails! Look at this bright and colorful rose spritz I ordered.

I also love their atmosphere. Whether you’re sitting inside in their cozy dining area or out on the patio enjoying the breeze, it’s a great place to relax.

And the service? It’s always friendly and welcoming, which just adds to the overall experience.
