Chelsea, a district in NYC, is filled with art, fashion, and a variety of fun cocktail bars. During my most recent visit, I set out on a mission to try some of the best ones.
I knew my first stop would be LouLou, a French-inspired restaurant that even has a hidden speakeasy in the evenings.
Here is a look into my visit.
Loulou in NYC
Truly, this Chelsea restaurant felt like a little slice of Paris right in New York City.
Combining that cozy French bistro vibe with a modern, artsy twist.
From the moment I walked in, the stylish decor—vintage touches, floral accents, and a lush outdoor patio—made me feel right at home.
Creative Cocktails At LouLou
The cocktails were creative and fun, served in unique glassware, including some that looked like art.
It was the perfect spot for a relaxing evening and a taste of Paris without leaving NYC.
I had to try their most photographed drink, the Firebird, which had Patron Silver, Cointreau, lime juice, and hibiscus.
Next, we sipped on the Bramble, which had Bombay Bramble, Crème de Cassis, and Pineapple.
I loved the creativity of them serving it in a bathtub with a little rubber ducky.
Lastly, we tried the unique Down the Rabbit 🐰 Hole. Which had Upstate Vodka, Aperol, Fresh Lime Juice, Watermelon Juice, and Basil.
It was fresh and fun and served in a very unique bowl.

The French Food At LouLou
We just came here for drinks, but the food smelled amazing! Their menu featured dishes like truffle fries, classic escargot, and perfectly cooked steak frites.
