My Visit to Lillie’s Victorian Establishment
When we visited Lillie’s Victorian Establishment, the weekend before Christmas.
We came for brunch but stayed completely distracted by the decor.
From the moment I walked inside, my eyes kept drifting upward, with garlands, ornaments, and festive details hanging from the ceiling.

The entire space felt full of holiday spirit, and no matter where we were sitting.
There was always something festive to look at throughout the meal.
Chrismas Cocktails
We started our visit with seasonal cocktails to really get into the Christmas spirit!
I tried the Winter Wonderland first. A festive mix with candy cane-infused gin, raspberry, and lemon that felt very on theme for the season.

I also had to try The Grinch, another seasonal cocktail that felt impossible to pass up during Christmas.
Made with vodka, vanilla liqueur, pandan, kalamansi, and sparkling water.

Served in a playful holiday glass, it was fun, on theme, and fit right in with the Christmas atmosphere at Lillie’s Victorian Establishment.
Cinnamon Bourbon Vanilla French Toast
The Cinnamon Bourbon Vanilla French Toast immediately stood out as a cozy Christmas brunch choice.
Topped with sweet mascarpone whipped cream and fresh berries, it felt rich without being too heavy, and the maple syrup added just the right amount of sweetness.

It was comforting, indulgent, and exactly what you want when settling into a festive brunch at Lillie’s Victorian Establishment.
Chicken and Waffles
We also ordered the Chicken and Waffles, which balanced the sweeter dishes perfectly.
The crispy buttermilk fried chicken paired well with the waffle, maple syrup, mascarpone whipped cream, and mixed berries, giving each bite a mix of savory and sweet.

It was a hearty, satisfying brunch option and a great contrast to the cocktails and festive atmosphere surrounding us.
