1. Hart Bakery

Our first stop was Hart Bakery, one of Copenhagen’s most famous bakeries.

Make sure to visit the Holmen location, which is the one Marcus went to!

Next, we headed to Poulette to try the famous fried chicken sandwich Marcus couldn’t stop thinking about.

While the stand has since changed names from Joan’s Pølser to Emmi’s Place, we still wanted to stop by to recreate the experience.

To be completely honest, this one didn’t live up to the hype for us.

It was fun to visit because of The Bear, but it wasn’t one of our favorite meals in Copenhagen.

4. What About Noma?

One stop we couldn’t fully recreate was Noma.

Since the restaurant no longer operates as a traditional restaurant in Copenhagen, we weren’t able to dine there as Marcus did.
